BIGGER PICTURE GOAL: Using Instagram Reels to connect, cultivate, and convert Carrie's audience to book calls and create revenue for the business.
CORE VALUES:
Connection : Helping Carrie's Instagram Audience get to know about her and her offers in a way that feels personal.
Visibility : Giving new followers and accounts the opportunity to get to know more about Carrie's mission, values, and authority.
Impact : Inspiring people to follow and engage with Carrie's content and helping them to take action on offers that feel aligned with their goals.
TIMEFRAME: < 10 minutes
STEPS :
STEP 1 :
Using content sent through the Agency Telegram and repurposed content from Carrie's FB Group, create 1 Talking Head Reel, 2 Repurposed Reels, 1 B-Roll Reel, and 1 Trending Reel.
NOTE: Each month, the Agency Content Calendar will be given to provide offer focus and CTA drivers. Reels should be varying length (15 - 40 seconds)
STEP 2 :
Ensure that core values, branding, and voice are being upheld. See brand board for fonts, colors, etc. and review past content for examples of language patterns and voice.
STEP 3 :
If the reel includes Carrie speaking, add captions to the reel with brand-congruent font/colors.
STEP 4 :
Add brand-congruent OR trending music to reel. Carrie's Spotify Playlist can be used as a reference. Ensure that if Carrie is speaking that the volume should be 100 on pre-recorded audio and 4 on added music audio.
STEP 5 :
Create an attention-grabbing reel cover utilizing Instagram Stories with the IG Reel Covers using the blank templates from the IG Stories SOP.
STEP 6 :
Create copy to accompany reel. This copy should be written in Carrie's language patterns. CTA should be varied depending on the content in the reel. Drop a comment/emoji, share this with a friend, etc
STEP 7 :
Add on-brand stickers (from branding folder), polls and/or other interactive content available in the sticker menu.
STEP 8 :
Click 'Share' and wait for the reel to upload. Then, watch the reel to ensure it is of high quality, and check the feed to make sure the cover photo aligns as intended.
