IG STORIES SOP

BIGGER PICTURE GOAL: Using Instagram Stories to connect, cultivate, and convert Carrie's audience to book calls and create revenue for the business. 

CORE VALUES: 

Connection : Helping Carrie's Instagram Audience get to know about her and her offers in a way that feels personal. 

Visibility : Giving new followers and accounts the opportunity to get to know more about Carrie's mission, values, and authority. 

Impact : Inspiring people to follow and engage with Carrie's content and helping them to take action on offers that feel aligned with their goals. 

TIMEFRAME: < 10 minutes

STEPS :

STEP 1 :

Access Carrie's IG Stories Templates in Canva or download blank templates via Google Drive. Stories can also be created from B-Roll Content (videos from Carrie's Life) that are sent in the Client's Agency Telegram Chat.

NOTE: To login to Carrie's Canva, you will need access to her Gmail Account ([email protected]). Credentials are in her brand asset sheet below.

STEP 2 :

Using the Agency Content Calendar provided each month, create a variety of intentional content. (ex. Testimonials, Engagement Questions, Links to Offers or Events, etc.)

Some examples are below.

STEP 3 :

If you are creating IG Stories through Instagram itself, use the font and font variations shown here.

The main brand font is STRONG but you can also use LITERATURE for variation.

STEP 4 :

Add a trending or on-brand song, e.g. Beyonce, Rhianna, etc. As well as on-brand stickers and/or other engagement features.

NOTES: Carrie's brand emoji's are 🔥🌺🚀 and for GIFs we can use Beyoncé inspired ones - Carrie loves the Lemonade Album GIF - or any that have that "empowered woman" vibe.

STEP 5 :

There should be 1 - 3 story slides each day; depending on what you are sharing. There are some ideas included at the end of this SOP, but also limitless concepts that can be integrated. Have fun and bring some creativity!

Testimonial broken into a story about the client.

Screen recording putting together a landing page for the next Abundance Activated Social (keep branding a mystery to peek curiosity)

Video of behind the scenes of Carrie's life... can use b-roll.
