STEPS :
STEP 1 :
Log into gmail using the username and password from the Carrie Koh Agency Client Asset Spreadsheet.
STEP 2 :
Check for any new, unread messages. Add appropriate labels for new emails to maintain organization.
STEP 3 :
Delete any unnecessary promo emails.
STEP 4 :
Look for "New Form Submission from 'Content that Converts'. Open up the email to see who submitted the form, then go into Accelerate Your Impact With Energetically-Aligned Leadership Strategies Facebook Group, select "Members" and search to see if they are a member of the group.
STEP 5 :
If they are a member of the group, select the 3 dots (...) to the right of their name, and turn on post preapproval.
STEP 6 :
After giving the member preapproval, go back into Gmail and select check the boxes for these emails and add the label 'CTC Form Submissions'. Then select archive.

STEP 7 :
Look for new "New Form Submission From '7 Days to a Premium Client'" emails, check the box to select these emails and add the '7 Days Opt-In' label. Then archive those emails.
STEP 8 :
Next select any emails from [email protected] that are previews of her newsletters and add the label 'Newsletter Previews'. Then click archive.
STEP 9 :
Check for any emails from clients and forward any necessary information to Carrie at [email protected] and also sending a message in her Telegram Agency Chat.
Example: "Your form, Abundance Activation Intensive Self Assessment, has new responses". Open the email, press "View Response:", download the responses and share with Carrie. After forwarding to Carrie, add the 'Abundance Activation Intensive Client' label and archive the email.
Example 2: "DISC Assessment Attached", open the email, view the results and share with Carrie. After sharing and forwarding to Carrie, add the label 'DISC', archive the email.
STEP 10 :
